 | Mary Jane is responsible for directing the work of the staff and the board. She represents the Association at state and national meetings, and ensures that the basic policies, programs, and finances that further the goals and objectives of the Association are planned, formulated, and presented to the Board of Directors. Administrative duties for ethics and arbitration hearings are handled through the President/CEO. She is the staff liaison to the Board of Directors, Budget and Finance, Executive, Grievance, Legislative, Nominating, Past Presidents' Council, and Professional Standards committees.
