Julie is responsible for all membership maintenance and annual dues information and assists in assuring smooth operations of the Association. She works with the membership committee in planning new member orientations and works with new applicants, making certain that all membership requirements have been completed and all fees paid. She forwards membership records to the state and national associations through NRDS (National REALTORSŪ Data System). Julie also coordinates and plans the monthly membership meetings. She is the staff liaison to the Membership and Awards and Programs Committee, which include the Honor Society, Lloyd G. Smith Award, Peer Award and the Realtor of the Year and Affiliate of the Year.
