Janice is responsible for administering the Multiple Listing Service and all MLS-related services of the Association including maintaining RAA’s MLS Rules & Regulations in compliance with NAR policy and insures the integrity of MLS content.   

She creates and distributes training documentation for basic and advanced classes of the MLS and conducts training classes for new Association members as well as coordinate specialty classes for all members.

Janice is a Certified Real Estate Instructor, certified Cultural Diversity Instructor, Notary Public, Zip Forms Trainer and staff liaison to the MLS and Equal Opportunity Committees.
